Cannot say: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them, of course an infection can spread. this would be serious and need slight surgery to correct but one would expect pain. Tumors can spread, they do slowly. Warts can spread. just some ideas but a general physician could probably determine it. ...Read more

See a doctor: if you have boggy turbinates you probably have allergic rhinitis or hay fever, which can be associated with enlarged lymph nodes in the neck. get your doctor to check you out. there are other reasons for enlarged lymph nodes. ...Read more
