Probably not, but...: A lump or bump that has not changed in 3 years, is likely not serious. Show your doc, though, to be sure. Also, your doc can document size and so be able to compare what it looks like on follow-up visits, to see if there's a change. If you notice a change in size, or shape, or it starts to hurt, etc. get seen quickly. Could be a benign cyst, or a lipoma, or scar tissue, etc. ...Read more

See an Ob/Gyn: I am assuming you are not pregnant. Nipple discharge usually indicates a problem that needs to be investigated. Bilateral discharge could indicate hormonal problem that can be treated. Bodybuilder, never used steroids, having puffy nipples for so long. When pressed inwards Feels there is hollowness under areola , no pain, no lumps.
