At rest they may be the size of a pea and when stimulated they are often bean sized or larger. Not really: But we may NOTICE "bumps" we have never felt before! If these bumps are BONY not to worry! If softer they may be lymph glands and these drain the scalp so your barber usually will notice any sores or inflammation on your scalp!
