Painless Lump On Left Thigh
I have a small dime sized, painless lump in upper front left thigh for a few months. Most noticeable after aerobics class. What could this be?
Hard to say: It is most likely a lipoma but there are several other possibilities. The best thing to do is have it checked by a doctor.
Left thigh lump outer thigh under skin once every 10 days it buckles on me put pressure on it no pain can it be cancerous?
Exam needed: A physician would have to examine this lump for diagnosis and advice. It may be a simple benign cyst or lipoma, but you will have peace of mind after the examination reveals that it's a benign lesion.
I got a knock to the side of my left thigh. Now I can hardly bend my leg. Feels like a lump on side of thigh and very painful. What shall I do?
See a doctor.: It seems that you've suffered a traumatic injury. It may be simply a bad bruise, but I wonder if you've experienced something more serious like a tendon injury or rupture. Get examined so you don't have to worry - and so that you can become for comfortable! In the meantime, put an ice pack over the area. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
Have a pea sized lump on my left thigh. Feels hard but not prutruding. Been there over a year. Doesn't hurt. I exercise often. What can it be?
Lipoma: There are many different things this lump could be. Being that you have had cancer before it would be a very good idea to have it checked by your doctor. It is probably something benign like a Lipoma. I feel it is important to get an accurate diagnosis so you and your doctor can decide how to treat it.
I have a small lump on my left thigh. It's about pea sized and has been there for a few weeks. You can't see it but you can feel it, sometimes it's ha?
Very likely benign: Whenever I hear about a pea-sized lump I am worried about an abnormal lymph node, but there are no worrisome lymph nodes in your thigh. In all likelihood this is a fluid-filled cyst, a fatty growth (lipoma), or a more fibrous growth called a dermatofibroma. All are benign; nothing needs to be done unless it grows or becomes discolored/painful, etc. VERY rarely, a cancerous tumor can begin this way
Mass: You need to see your PCP ASAP. This could be some thing serious.
The outside of my left thigh had a thumb-sized lump, has for several years, is that not very serious?
Not cancer: Most of the questions about lump is that if it is cancer. If that were cancer, it would have grown and would have spread for 7 years. What it is I can't tell your since I can't examine you. Ask you doctor what it is for peace of mind.
21 M. Athletic. Keep getting this small lump on my inner left thigh, it comes and goes and skin around it is kinda red.
Cysts: Cysts usually start from a clogged hair follicle. The dead skin and oil have nowhere to go, so the follicle swells and fills up with the material. These are harmless, although they can rupture under the skin resulting in inflammation, pain, tenderness, and possible drainage. It is possible that this is the cause.See 1 more doctor answer
I have a reddish lump on my upper left thigh, close to my penis, it doesn't bother me, but it does feel kind of hard. Can anyone tell me what this is?
There's this small painful bump on inner left thigh and its not like a pimple or anything I can pop its just like a lump what is it should I be worried?
Possible, unlikely: Need more information. How long has it been there? Painful? Growing? Any others? Drainage? Other symptoms that you may not think related (growth on penis or testicles, difficulty urinating) may be connected. A blocked sweat gland (cyst) or an enlarged lymph node for benign reasons is much much more common. See your primary doctor, get ultrasound, and see a surgeon. Good luck!

Feels like im sitting on a lrg lump in the vein/artery going down left thigh. Very painful@ times! Can blood clots move around & present in this way?
Blood clot: If a lump is evident in or on a vein, a blood clot would be a possibility. It can fragment and travel through the vein upwards toward the lungs. Blood clot in a superficial vein tends not to travel or embolize. It would not move side to side. Since you're quite concerned, you should be examined by a physician to check for phlebitis.
I have a small firm lump right above a varicose vein on the outside of my left thigh. It's not red or discolored and a doctor on demand doctor said t?
More info is needed: To tell what it may be, one needs to review the detailed specifics, relevance, & sequence of events of the symptoms + findings of physical exam & testing as needed so to deduce if the lump is inside or outside varicose vein. If inside, may be old calcified clot at venous valve; if outside, an overlapping subcutaneous fat or sebaceous cyst. More? To http://formefirst. Com/eNewsletter06.html. Best...See 1 more doctor answer
