Probably not: lesions under jaw bone are in digastric triangle. The submax gland as well as nodes are present here. Lymp nodes grow slowly here and are associated with a tongue or floor of mouth Ca,, not tonue blisters. A calculus in the submax duct is one of the few patholgies that cause rapid appearance of a hard submax mass. See ENT for dx and possible removal of calculus. ...Read more

There are a lot of areas of lymph nodes in the body (see pic) including in the "submandibular" space below the chin.
