Sounds like: you may have an "exostosis" (bony growth) originating from your "phalanx" the bone at the tip of your finger. If this is growing it can interfere with the nail. Get it checked out!! Not serious but may be a cosmetic issue Hope this helps! Dr Z ...Read more
