Likely Skin Lesion: Possible a sebaceous cyst (blocked sebaceous gland that grow in size and form a cyst) or Fibroma (collections of fibres under the skin) might give such a hardish lump.

Not really: but we may NOTICE "bumps" we have never felt before! If these bumps are BONY not to worry! If softer they may be lymph glands and these drain the scalp so your barber usually will notice any sores or inflammation on your scalp!
