Bicep muscle popped during workout yesterday. Doesn't hurt anymore but there is a lump on bicep muscle now.
Partial muscle tear: Sounds like a partial muscle tear, in which case, there is not too much to do as it will heal on its own. However, you probably should get it checked out by your medical provider. If it is a more complete tear, it may need surgery to reattach, but I would expect more pain and inability to flex your bicep. Rest is the answer for now. Good luck. ...Read more

Had pain in shoulder for a few months. Hurt to teach up or out & now have pain in bicep with a small lump that's sensitive to touch. What could this be?
The shoulder is a complex joint, & many conditions/ injuries (rotator cuff injury, bursitits, tendonitis, labral pathology, etc). Can cause pain as described. The bicep pain coulld be something that developed secondary to any of the above, or the cause of pain altogether. I suggest a physician examine your shoulder to determine your best plan of care.

Trauma to the skin is the usual cause of such leaks, but if there was no inadvertent trauma while sleeping, then a disorder of blood coagulation from medications like aspirin or Aleve or a blood disorder would be suspected.
