Skin tags?: Depends in part on where in the genital area. Penis? Scrotum? Pubic area? Does "not sexually active" mean intercourse only? Any oral sex, for example? Maybe normal skin tags, which can become more prominent with sexual maturity, which presumably is fairly recent since you are only 18. If shiny pink and some bumps have dimples, maybe molluscum contagiosum, but that's usually sexually acquired. ...Read more

Penile papules?: Anything present for years, without change, probably is normal. For sure no STD does this; it's not something you can transmit to your wife. Maybe pearly penile papules? Fordyce spots (normal sebaceous glands)? (Google them for photos.) If you remain concerned, show them to your doctor next time you have a routine appointment. Molluscum?: This is suspicious for molluscum contagiosum, a minor viral infection. "Jock itch" appearance doesn't fit well, but "fleshy bumps" is suspicious, especially if shiny pink and some have dimples in the center. (Google for photos.) At age 22, most genital area MC is sexually acquired. It's a minor problem, never serious. See doc for diagnosis and treatment, and perhaps tests for other STDs. ...Read more
