I'm pretty sure i had a UTI the other day it was painful. I left it b/c i'm scared of the doctors & it went away. Now pain in lower right abdomen?
Treatment: A UTI if left untreated is unlikely to go away on its own. I'm sorry that you have fear of doctors, that's common, but maybe you need to find one that makes you feel comfortable instead of avoiding care. A UTI untreated can turn into a kidney infection. Difficult to say: It's possibly a strained muscles if it's been this long and increases with movement. Unlikely it is anything in the abdomen (bowels etc). If it persists longer than 4 weeks I think you should see your doctor. ...Read more
