JHS: Teenager mis-interprets snapping sound from unilateral sacroiliac joint as "snapping psoas". Brighton Criteria and Joint Hypermobility Syndrome need to be reviewed. See Boa.com. Recent studies would suggest that patients treated with fractional lengthening of a snapping iliopsoas may experience inferior results if they also have excessive femoral anteversion (>25 degrees).
