Possible tumor: Bilaterality of nodal disease in the groin is inflammatory or neoplastic. How large are the nodes and how firm?. Inflammation is tender. Tumor not tender. Area around anus should be checked for perianal lesion . If lesion is considered suspicious , the node must be removed for dx rather than needle bx which can be misinterpreted. ...Read more

It depends: We need to know more . How long have you had these nodes and what is their size? Are they increasing in size? if they are bigger than 2 Cm and increasing in size in 1 to 2 months, you need to be examined by a physician.
