Possible tumor: Bilaterality of nodal disease in the groin is inflammatory or neoplastic. How large are the nodes and how firm?. Inflammation is tender. Tumor not tender. Area around anus should be checked for perianal lesion . If lesion is considered suspicious , the node must be removed for dx rather than needle bx which can be misinterpreted. ...Read more

See a physician: Lymphadenitis or swollen lymph nodes is due to viral or bacterial infection. The swollen lymph nodes caused by cancer is not very common condition. I don't think that your case is any different. Rec.: see your pcp for further investigation. ...Read more
