Did u have a recent: Cold? Or allergies? Lymph nodes tend to get swollen or tender whenever there is some form of immune challenge as above, usually not by themselves. See your doctor to have it evaluated fully, and they can do a head, eyes, ear, nose, throat exam to see what might be causing it, and treat it quickly.
