What would cause Metatarsal pain in both feet? I do have Morton's toe, where my second toe is bigger than my big toe, on both feet.

I would: See a foot doctor. The question is are the lumps or bumps really on the tendon or in the subcutaneous tissues.....either way you should be examined, much easier to make a diagnosis like that in person... Broke foot per ER doc. Big toe points toward others slightly. Getting a cam walker but should I buddy tape big toe to next toe. In a lot of pain still.
Depends: Hi-- so it depends on what is broken. It appears as if you have a slight bunion deformity...The "big toe points toward others"--nothing to worry about as long as it is not the big toe that is broken and/or big toe is not painful. Have a bunion whrre my big toe is pressing against my second toe. The tip of my second toe is numb. Could that be the cause?
Yes: Bunions and the deformity associated w/ them( hallux valgus) can press on the second toe and cause deformity ( hammertoes, etc.).
