Painful Red Bump On Chest
Red bump on pubic area and not painful. Noticed it and red rash on chest and shoulder for a week that's itchy. What could it be? Please help?
See your doctor: Red bumps on your pubic area need to be seen by a physician because they usually need treatment. Red itchy rashes are also important to treat. They can range from infections which are also contagious such as strep or herpes to skin conditions such as allergies and eczema. Please do not delay getting a diagnosis and proper treatment.See 1 more doctor answer
I am having rash on arm, chest and shoulders, skin redness or irritation and skin rash (episodic itchiness, uniform tiny bumps, skin colored mostly). A nurse said it was allergic reaction & gave me centraben cream. Can allergy last more than a week?
Yes: If you are exposed to the item to which you are allergic, the symptoms will persist, even for years. It would be prudent to consult your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine
I am 28 years old. I just noticed a red bump right next to my nipple. It is very painful to the touch and it is round and protruded.
See doctor: May be an infection or a blocked gland.
I have a small red bump on my right breast. It has a larger lump underneath it. Not painful to touch and no changes in size or color in a week?

I'm a breastfeeding mom. I have a huge painful red bump on my nipple and it looks like a boil. What should I do? What could it be? It hurts bad
Boil on nipple: The pain and swelling are consistant with an infection on the nipple. Call your doctor to report this and see about proper treatment.
I woke up with a painful red bump on my areola and it kinda looks like an ingrown hair or blister and is sore to touch including the side of my breast?
Breast: It is impossible to know what this is on the internet, you need to be seen and evaluated by a physician.
Need for evaluation: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. What is the size, distribution, state of surrounding skin, vesicle formation, any systemic disorders? If the rash does not subside in a couple of days, it would be prudent to consult your doctor.
Son has Red bump on chest hurts and hot to the touch my mom popped it and said pus came out im getting over mrsa. Could he have contracted mrsa???
Possible: The concern isn't so much that your son has MRSA (methicillin resistant staph aureus), but that he has a significant skin infection. MRSA has increased in incidence significantly, though is quite treatable in cases like this. Just as serious would be a strep or MSSA (methicillin sensitive...) infection. Take your son to the doctor ASAP. Clean it with warm water and mild soap. Do not squeeze!See 1 more doctor answer
Neither do I: Consult your private physician. Could be an abscess, cyst, infection or tumor. Without a photo, impossible to diagnose. Call for an appointment today.
I have a small red bump on my chest, that bleeds very easily, (and a lot for being small). Its been there about 2 weeks.
Hemangioma: I would have this checked out by your school nurse or at the family clinic.
I have 1 small red bump on my chest. I just got it over this past summer it's becoming very sore and sometimes itchy. What could this be? Doesn't pop
Needs examination: It is difficult to comment without seeing a picture of the lump. It could be something simple like a small sweat gland cyst which can get infected once in a while. It could also be something more concerning such as skin cancer. It is important that you see your doctor asap to get the area examined. A biopsy may need to be taken to determine the cause.See 1 more doctor answer
We were all treated for scabies several times. My 3 years old son is o.K but I noticed 1 red bump like mosquito bite on chest. Don' t know if new. What to do?
Painless red bump/lump appeared randomly just under the skin of my chest. Seems to have become flatter. Was sweating a lot earlier should I be worried?
Could just be cyst: But I suggest you show it to your doctor if it persists
2 yr old with 104.7 fever yesterday, 100 fever today and now has a small red bump rash on his chest, all over legs and top of feet. What is this?
Will get better: Many common viruses can cause bumpy red rashes all over. However, a toddler with a rash after a high fever breaks may very well have ROSEOLA, or exanthem subitem, which is identified by this appearance after high fever. It is common and goes away by itself. Your child should be getting better and behaving normally. Best wishes!
Experiencing skin rash (quality: itchiness) on my stomach, chest, back, and my forearms have an odd patch of bumps like a rash. There are some round red circles that have a little dry look. I don't have this on my legs just upper body?
Rash: This will need to be visualized and history needs to be taken to assess this. Verbal descriptions just don't do the trick.
5 week old has developed a skin rash. It's located on arms chest and legs and slightly on cheeks. Tiny red bumps. Doc said eczema. I think heat rash?
Hi doc: Heat rash is not raised. Rashes are quite visual. Without looking at it I would not comment more than that.
Probably nothing: Reddish bumps under the breast are likely normal extra nipples or nipple tissue. These are very frequent. If it's been there since birth or puberty and hasn't changed, probably nothing to worry about. However, if it's new, go see a dermatologist or your regular doctor to be sure.
I have a brownish red bump tha appeared on the top of my breast what is it or what do it come from?
This will actually: Require examination (sometimes biopsy) to be able to provide you with an accurate response. Encourage you to see either your physician or your dermatologist for eval. Take care.
