Difficult to tell by: your description, and need more info. In any case, have it checked out by you PCP in Dubai, and get it evaluated, and take care of your styes too. To have all of it occurring at once is painful. So, get some relief, especially if warm compresses are not decompressing your styes fast enough. ...Read more

Foreign body or cyst: You have to rule out a foreign body which may have become embedded in the back of your heel, but there is more of a likelihood that it could be an inclusion cyst which can be painful.
