Really small lump not visible but palpable in the lower left abdomen . It's not painful and I don't have other symptoms . What could it be ?

Sounds like a hernia: Probably a hernia. Ok to see a primary care provider for an exam. No emergency is its not too painful, but should get it checked out. Lump in my stomach. About 2 in long. 2 inches above my belly button slightly to the left.
Will rise to the surface and become visible. Then when mashed it's painful and will move.
