Lipomas??: Without an exam it would be difficult to say. It sounds like lipomas - fatty tumors. some people have a few, some have a bunch. They can be removed if needed. They don't habe to be removed if it is determined that they are lipomas. See you doctor or surgeon to make sure. ...Read more

Yes: Moist likely a lipoma. Or maybe mini tears in your muscle that may be inflamed. Try resting the muscle and anti inflammatories like Advil (ibuprofen) four times daily for two weeks. Usually lipomas are not painful. If no improvement see your doctor. ...Read more

Blocked gland?: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked. Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back. Try to avoid skin products that are oily. I would also stay away from transfats and bad oils, which is good for overall health. Saunas and sweating may help a bit although i don't of data. Ask doc about it. ...Read more

If you have any chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitations you would have to be seen immediately. Pain could also be coming from the spinal cord (cervical spine) and radiating down your arm. If you had any numbness, tingling, or weakness you would have to be seen immediately for that. There are other musculo-skeletal causes of pain as well. Could be C7 nerve: Tricep pain and pain in the index/middle fingers follow the c7 nerve and the EMG may have been performed too early to detect the problem. You should still have your dr. Get an MRI and look for c7 nerve root problems. If the MRI is negative but the pain persists, you may need a myelogram with post-myelogram ct of the cervical spine to look for abnormalities.
