An evaluation and xrays to ensure that you don't have a fracture. Other possibilities include a pulled muscle, or collection of blood causing a lump etc, etc. Another possibility is that the lumps were always there but you noticed them after hurting the forearm from the fall.
Seeing an orthopod would greatly help for proper diagnosis.
