Painful Lump On Earlobe
Painful lump under earlobe/behind earlobe. Constant pain but not with touch. Have had operations to correct perforation in past. Lump started pea size but is now like grape size only there on left side and doesn't move seems fixed to bone or is 1?
Lymph glands in that area drain the ear canal! Get it checked out PARTICULARLY IF IT IS "ATTACHED" t bone since this may represent more serious pathology!
Hope this helps

That's not good: The normal hard lumps in the neck are bones, which are symmetrical (left side is the same as right side). Any other newly-found hard lump should be evaluated as soon as the doctor is available (within a few days to a week). At the bottom of the earlobe is the mastoid bone.
