CT maybe: Since the ultrasound did not show anything then we might consider other imaging possibilities . If we assume the ultrasound did look at the pelvis and ovaries and they were fine, then CT or MRI is the best method to see if there is muscle problem or something else . Any fever,wt loss: Any other lymphnodes- in neck, underarms,palpable?. s you are telling 3 cm which is a big size ,if it is a node needs to be evaluated by your primary doctor . There are things in the groin which can look like lymphnodes, but not are there. Eg.
