Local neuralgia: It is likely you traumatized a sensory nerve local to the crush injury. Most of the time this will improve slowly. Over months the pain may/may not recede; the numbness may/may not resolve. If there is no bone problem, either wait out the symptoms or ask your doctor for medication that can reduce neuralgic pain.
