May be: A painful thrombosed external hemorrhoid. Go to an er for evaluation or call your doctor to get a referral to a surgeon for treatment with incision and drainage if needed. A thrombosed external hemorrhoid will also resolve on its own with warm bath soaks over about a week. ...Read more

can I use triamcinolone inside my anus for hemorrhoid relief ?

Yes: Triamcinolone is stronger version of hydrocortisone which is steroid commonly used in over-the-counter hemorrhoid creams. But as Dr. Simpson said (https://goo.gl/8fvAPm), 1st make sure it's just a hemorrhoid and not something else. Ehh, no,...: I would not recommend that as it may burn and is not recommended for treating hemorrhoids. Try using an approved hemorrhoid cream instead, increasing your fluids and fiber intake to prevent constipation, and then seeing a Dr. if it still irritates you.. best wishes. ...Read more
