Can't tell: If you have had skin lesion from HIV, then there is a possibility that they are related. On the other hand, most skin lesions are not caused by HIV. ...Read more

Red bump in forearm: I need more information. For how long you had it?, does id become white to compression? has it grown during the last 6-12 months? Does it bleed to trauma?. Abscess : Apply warm compresses regularly throughout the day. Let a doctor know if pain gets worse or if you have fevers. Lymphadenitis : Sounds like an inflamed lymph node. It can also be a sebaceous cyst or the beginning of huradenitis suppurvita. The fact that it us painful makes me less concerned than if it were hard, unpainful and fixed. It may be a,reaction to an infection. I recommend that you check it out, especially if it doesn't go away or enlarges in the next week or so. ...Read more

plug glands: If the bumps are on the inside of the thigh then you may have plug pores or cyst. Warms compresses helps. If it's along the groin then they are the lymph nodes. The ones in the arm pits can be the same situation. ...Read more
