Painful lump on bone under skin on finger joint?

Painful lump on bone under skin on finger joint?

Ganglion: This sounds like a ganglion cyst also known as a retinacular cyst. This is a fluid filled sac that comes from the tendons that bend down the fingers. To confirm the diagnosis I would recommend trying to remove the fluid with a needle. These usually go away, sometimes they require surgery to remove.

Knot coming up on inside of hand on middle finger joint painful help?

Knot coming up on inside of hand on middle finger joint painful help?

Probably a ganglion: Cyst. Typically come from a joint. Can be very painful. Most hand bumps are benign. Typically can be aspirated with a needle and decompressed or otherwise surgical excised. Used to call them bible beater lesions because the biggest book on the house was the bible and by smacking it with the 'good book' caused them to rupture. I do not recommend this though. See an orthopaedist.

Could it be possible to dislocate a finger joint without serious pain?

Anything is possible: I suppose this could be the case and depending on the laxity of your joints, any underlying issues you may have such as marfan's syndrome, or a pain tolerance condition such that you don't feel as much pain, but otherwise, you should have a very painful, swollen, deformed looking finger and I would recommend an examination.

Frequently when I touch things (open a door, pick up the phone) if anything touches my finger joint I get severe pain enough to bring tears?

Dysesthesia: This sounds like a problem with hypersensitive nerves in that area. The condition is called dysesthesia (or hyperesthesia, in your case) as usual stimuli causes pain (not numbness). It can be due to the delayed effects of an old injury / accident (if it affects the nerve), or from medications, toxins, or other conditions that attack the nerves.
