More info: Left upper quadrant pain can be from a number of things. Gastritis? ulcers? pancreatitis? gallbladder? Etc. Have you had any imaging done? Might be a good idea to get and Ultrasound of your gallbladder and keep a detailed history of what causes your pain to occur.
