You do not mention what your weight is; if you are overweight, increasing your overall exercise, and learning about a healthy, carbohydrate and calorie-restricted diet can help. If you are lean, and it involves both breasts, it may resolve on its own as you age. See md for advice! ...Read more

Melatonin caused me temporary male breasts? What are some reasons someone would be sensitive to melatonin?
Minor mystery: I didn't believe it either, but there are some credible accounts in real medical journals of men who get gynecomastia on taking melatonin and it regresses when it's withdrawn. This remains a puzzler. I'm going to assume (perhaps wrongly) that the melatonin pills were actually what they were supposed to be -- many supplements are not. Glad you're better. ...Read more

Can be serious: Gynecomastia can be a result of obesity or can be caused by high estrogen levels that can result from things like liver disease and some medications. Why do printed pictures show breasts, but blur out their vaginas and male's penises. I am curious are female breasts becoming more acceptable in culture nowadays?
Changing standards: Breasts are more and more becoming an accepted part of some popular journals, especially in women's fashion magazines (ignoring of course men's mags where they have appeared for years). Breasts are still not permitted to be shown on tv. Mores and standards are a moving target. ...Read more

Risperidone side eff: Incidence of gynecomastia with Risperidone is about 3%. No way to predict who will develop it.
