Hi. : Hi. I cannot diagnose your bumps. You described them as being rather small. Pimples and pustules in the pubic area can sometimes be folliculitis. The hair follicles can become infected. The infected follicles can be tender and swollen. Friction of your clothes may be contributing to this. If you shave your pubic area that can also be a cause. Think about using warm moist compresses on the area. Possibly, wear some clothes that are not tight and binding in that area.
