Pain Under Left Shoulderblade Feels Like It Needs To Pop
I recently took up tennis. Occasionally when I serve, I feel a pop under my right scapula, like a tendon popping over a know in a bone. What is that?
I need to know how to fix my back pain sharp pain in upper right shoulderblade, and in upper right chest. Cant breathe deeply with out my back popping or it starts hurting

Popping from both shoulders- joint\scapula when rotating and overhead. Pain sometimes esp w/ ext rotation. Xray showed nothing. What could cause?
Rotator cuff: It is possible to have rotator cuff problems with normal x-rays. An MRI scan is more sensitive. It is unusual for a young person to have problems with rotator cuff in the absence of trauma or repetitive activities which put a lot of stress on the shoulder joint. Not really: Many people have non-symptomatic neck popping and cracking (including myself!). You are probably sensing the normal motion of the cervical facet joints.
