The possibilities : Are myriad. Gall bladder inflammation, shingles, pleurisy (worse with breathing, coughing sneezing). The pleurisy differential is long too. Need to know quality (stabbing, burning, lancinating), duration (all the time, after meals, when i sit up, etc). It is not likely heart or related to the breast. Hard to tell: It is difficult to be specific diagnostically when the symptoms are so vague. This could be many different things including musical skeletal, splenic, GI or skin (Shingles). Need more history and perhaps examination to tell but probably not cardiac. Yes: The biggest issue with self cutting is why are you doing it. The cutting itself can cause scarring, infection and blood loss. If you hit a major vein or artery you could cause serious harm. Most people who self cut are trying to feel something different than what's truly causing them pain. Trying to substitute one pain for another is not a healthy thing. How is your neck?: Unlikely you hurt both your elbows, or used both your hands so much, you affected muscles in forearms, which leaves your neck as source of pain in both forearms.
