It is difficult to say what the cause of pain is, without more detailed questions and an exam. Please see your doctor for evaluation.

Dr. Errol Ozdalga answered:

I've had a biopsy done under the left side of my chin. I have flu and I take Benalyn in the morning and at night. I have pain in the jaw and the area of the biopsy is very painful like a bad tooth ache. Please help.

Pain control

Acetaminophen
Not sure what the biopsy was for but sounds like you need something to help with the pain first. Try tylenol or ibuprofen.

Woke up with a painful lump under my chin.also just discovered a painful lump on the side of my jaw and near the lump below my chin?

Sub mental node

Do you have any sore throat, fever, gum or oropharynx pain?It can be your submental lymph gland swollen by viral infection like CMV or EBV or stone in your salivary duct. If you have fever and difficulty in chewing or swallowing, please see your doctor and check it out. Infection should resolve soon with treatment. If they persist- need lymph node biopsy specially if family history of lymphoma.

It sounds like rosacea, but it is impossible to say without seeing you. See your physician, and/or dermatologist for a diagnosis.

Stiff, painful neck..also jaw pain. What can be associated with this?

Stiff neck/jaw pain

Pain
One possibility is an infected tooth, or an infection of the jawbone. A second is bruxism, which is chronic grinding and/or clenching the teeth. This is also a symptom related to heart attack. See your dentist for an exam and diagnosis. If it is not a dental problem, see your medical doctor.

Dr. John McMahan answered:

Hi i have a very seollen gland under jaw line its really painful , i dont have a fever or a sore throat , the only pain is the gland ?

Swollen Gland

Sore_throat
It sounds like your submandibular salivary gland. If so, it can get infected or have a stone caught in the duct that empties salava under the tongue. It could also be a lymph node. See an ENT specialist for a definitive diagnosis.

Dr. Martin Raff answered:

What could cause pain in prostate after ejacualtion/erection, painful lymph nodes around jaw, swollen cheeks, and unintentional weight loss?

Mumps

Weight
There are actually multiple possibilities here, but mumps comes to mind from your description, although the unintentional weight loss if occurring over time will not fit into this description. Sounds as if you should see a doctor ASAP.
