Don't understand: I don't understand your question at all. If you are tying knots in ropes around your breasts you shouldn't. There is no place that is 'usual' for this. Armpit soreness: Armpit soreness is most often a skin irritation. Deodorants are the likely cause. A second common cause is sweat that becomes sticky and then creates clogged pores. Dark marks: This can be particularly difficult to determine without viewing the marks and their distribution. Diabetes was a good thought. Glad you don't have it.
