I have a pain on right side just below my waist and I now feel a small hard lump there. I also sometimes have the pain on right side just above waist?

Abdominal mm pain...: If it is not severe, it comes and goes, is not associated with other symptoms such as fever, chills diarrhea, constipation etc, then I suspect it is not serious, and may be do to a muscle strain in one of the muscles attached to the abdominal wall.
