Right upper abd pain, right flank pain, kidney u/s normal, gb removed, cal 10.6, vit D 15, parathyroid 67, going on for 8 months, what could this be?
Calcium labs: Hi. What's the upper end of normal for PTH in your lab report? You could have mild primary hyperparathyroidism (need a 24-hour urine calcium to prove that). The low 25-hydroxyvitamin D could contribute to raising PTH. Not sure about your flank pain. Not all stones show up on u/s. Do 24-hour urine to see what stone risk looks like, and UA to see if red cells in urine. O/w, pain may be unrelated. ...Read more

Uncertain : This may not be related to lupus this will depend on the evaluation of your physician but the + ANA can be there for many reasons.
