Calcium labs: Hi. What's the upper end of normal for PTH in your lab report? You could have mild primary hyperparathyroidism (need a 24-hour urine calcium to prove that). The low 25-hydroxyvitamin D could contribute to raising PTH. Not sure about your flank pain. Not all stones show up on u/s. Do 24-hour urine to see what stone risk looks like, and UA to see if red cells in urine. O/w, pain may be unrelated. ...Read more

Uncertain : This may not be related to lupus this will depend on the evaluation of your physician but the + ANA can be there for many reasons. The elevated sedimentation rate can also suggest many other medical problems or even be normal. It appears you're having a very extensive evaluation.
