Sorry to hear about: Your pain. Bracing is a viable option if your are not yet doing this. If you, core strengthening in pt can help build support along with your specific biomechanics. If your pain is facet mediated, you could have diagnostic blocks with subsequent radiofrequency ablation of nerves that could be driving the pain. See an experienced pain doc for this option.
