Possible cause: Allergies can cause persistent nasal congestion/blockage of sinuses and thus can cause sinus infection..Sphenoid sinusitis, not as common as maxilary/frontal/ethmoid sinusitis, but can result from poorly controlled allergies resulting headache/pain to top of head, and may cause some dizziness at times etc..So it is possible.
