Examination needed: This degree and duration of constipation especially if it's a change in your normal bowel pattern, should be evaluated by a physician. The distribution of abdominal discomfort is not typical of stomach or pancreatic disorders. In view of your symptoms I don't recommend taking a strong laxative unless you are examined by a physician first in case you have a partial intestinal obstruction. ...Read more
