I think you should: Ask your hotel desk/concierge for their house doctor or a referral to an Urgent Care type center. Your heart rate is rapid and with a fever and myalgias (the aching), you could have a strep throat/something else requiring treatment. At a minimum the doctor can advise you of supportive care. Partial Rx GERD: I suspect the discomfort is related to your partially treated GERD. You are already taking Nexium (esomeprazole) and using Nasonex.
