Pain in right side of neck when tilting head to left also hurts when swallowing and looking to left.
Probably muscular: When experiencing right neck discomfort on looking and tilting to the left, a muscular or arthritic type discomfort is often the culprit as opposed to a pinched nerve. Because you also have discomfort on swallowing, I recommend a thorough neck exam by your physician, however, to rule out other causes. Read more

Have spasms and pain on right side of neck everytime I swallow. I have swelling in my sternoclemastoid for months. Head even not tilted. Dystonia?

For the past few months I have had crackling sounds in my head when I turn it from right to left. I also have had electric shock right side of neck?
Neck arthritis: Sounds like you have some beginning arthritis changes in the vertebrae in your neck (cervical spine). This is very common. The sound itself doesn't mean it's anything dangerous. Unless it hurts, you don't have to do anything. The "electric shock" could be a nerve that is getting pinched when you turn your head. Over time, this can get worse. Maintain range of motion by doing gentle stretches. Read more
