Probably muscular: Probably muscular, can ask for a referral to physical therapy for a few weeks. Also need to consder that is might come from the neck. Yawning causes you to tilt you head back, and the cervical extension might exacerbate facetogenic pain referring to the mid back. Recommend seeing a physician for further evaluation. ...Read more

May not be: the back! The problem may well be in the abdomen. The thought here is this could be related to the kidney such as a kidney stone. The mobility of the pain suggest the back is not the cause. See your doc as soon as possible for consult. ...Read more

What are ya thinkin?: So the tingling comes and goes? Any other symptoms at all? If not, then, there's not much to be said right now. I think the best thing to do is to either be vigilant for something else to develop or if it's bothersome for any reason get an appointment with your doctor and tell them about it.
