STD? PID?: How do you know you have no infection? You can't tell without professionally examination and testing, and yellow color usually means infection. With discharge, pelvic pain, and nausea, I'm worried you have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), usually due to STD, e.g. gonorrhea or chlamydia.
