Itch and pain: You have a itch then sharp pain. The meaning of sonething that is short lived is difficult to know. If it impairs your life then see a doctor. Write down any thing that causes this or stops it. The history is very important and having a doctor to know you well is also important.

Pain in the left side of my forehead above eye, eyes keep watering and drooping, everything seems to move slower, should I be worried?

Pain in the left side of my forehead above eye, eyes keep watering and drooping, everything seems to move slower, should I be worried?

Itchy?: If the eyes are itchy and watering (on both sides) this could be due to pollen, or other environmental, allergy. The pain sounds consistent with frontal sinus pressure. Often, a long-acting second generation antihistamine such as loratidine or cetirizine is a good first step toward finding relief.

Inflammation: Pain on touch is most likely due to inflammation in that area of the body. This is most likely frontal sinusitis, infected brow hair follicle, or abscess. Since my 14 year old daughter came back from mexico I have noticed a vertical purple vein more on left side of forehead - what causes this?

That is simple: As that vein has nothing to do with mexico. There are people who have visible veins on the temple are and forehead as well. It can be closed by injections but not in her age. Do nothing at this stage. Sometimes is more visible than other time. All is normal.

Too high for neck: This is too hard to be from the neck. It is a localized muscle or neurological issue. Ask your physician to have you see a neurologist if necessary. Your description sounds like it could be nerve related
