Who knows?: Maybe this is related to your neurogenic bladder but maybe it isn't. Could it be related to a musculoskeletal issue. I had a left hip pain not too long ago and after a thorough work-up including a gynecology exam and colonoscopy, my massage therapist felt it was related to a gluteus spasm. Whatever he did seemed to relieve it. Botox could help if it is bladder spasm. ...Read more

91 year old male with pain on left side about hip level but towards the back. No blood in urine. Could this be a kidney stone on Coumadin and flomax (tamsulosin). He has a huge protate and does not hydrate enough.

UC/ER: Sounds like you need to be seen by a doctor soon. Urgent care or ER. At the very least they can prescribe medication to ease the nausea and vomiting and make sure you are being treated adequately for pyelonephritis if your UTI is not a kidney infection. ...Read more
