May be UR ibuprofen: Ibuprofen is very irritating to the gastric lining of the stomach, especially when it's not taken with food. Please make sure that you are taking it with food, and not by itself. Stomach pain: I assume you're referring to the right side of your abdomen (area between rib cage & pelvis), rather than organ insider abdomen. Unfortunately, your description is too vague. Right lower quadrant pain could be your appendix. Right upper quadrant pain could be liver or gall bladder. Pancreatitis, gastritis or peptic ulcer might be right sided.
