Further examination.: It sounds like you need to see a Podiatrist so you can get to the bottom of your problem. There are a lot of questions that need to be asked if it is "heel pain" or plantar fasciitis. Add stretching, ice at night and keep shoes on. If no better, see a Podiatrist.
