Abnormal sensation: When these kind of feelings happened one time and does not happen again it is hard to say. It could be your intestinal movements which were little stronger than usual for some reason. If happens again and again then we might want to think of underlying pathology like mal- absorption with excess gas production or intestinal obstruction. Most probably it is nothing to worry about

Several possibles: Could be a benign fatty tumor under skin (lipoma) or an umbilical hernia. Get this seen and a surgical consult if needed. Likely not real serious, but annoying and needs to be defined for you. Be well.

Skin infection: It sounds like you have a skin infection. This type of infection is often called a boil. These often start with a clogged pore or hair follicle. You should get medical attention. It may need to be drained in the clinic. If allowed to progress, it can spread and become dangerous.

See a urologist: If your urine is clean and your GYN examination is normal then you need to see a urologist to make sure you are emptying the bladder every time you urinate by checking the residual volume. If it is high that will explain the pain if not at least they can figure out what else causing this pain that get relieved by urination
