SOMETIMES this situation (large kidney stone) can deteriorate due to INFECTION behind it!! You need immediate evaluation in ER!!!!!

Repeat HPT in 7 days: I would consider repeating the test in 7-10 days. Concerned not IBS: Your symptoms are not typical of irritable bowel syndrome. Pain, especially 7-8 out of 10 and vomiting are unusual. Also, the racing heart/palpitations may be a sign that you are dehydrated. To be symptomatic at 29 you are probably very dehydrated.
