You : You seem to be referring to the peroneal muscles, which help with the motion of standing on your tip-toes. I can't give you an official diagnosis over the internet, but it almost sounds like you're straining your peroneal muscles. You might be best to see a podiatrist who can perform a biomechanical examination on you to determine if there is some sort of structural thing in your feet or legs that is causing your peroneals to be overused. Not sure: What you mean by his has no skin. Does he have an ulcer? Unilateral calf swelling should be checked for possible clot. If there is indeed no skin an ulcer is present he needs to be evaluated by a doctor as well for proper wound care. ...Read more
