Sperm are mobile and therefore it is possible to impregnate a woman, even if you "come" outside of the vagina. Healthy: Having a vaginal delivery has 3 things necessary 1) passage (shape of your pelvic bones); 2) passenger (baby); and 3) placenta (if placenta covers cervix then have to have a cesarean, but this is rare).
