What is the question: I know what Mitrofanoff is, I am a little confused about urethral size and vaginal size, but I can understand it.
I did not know what this could be involved in what?
If this a follow up question, I did not get the first part.

Hard to say: Without knowing more of your medical history, it would be hard to say exactly why this is going on. A mitrofanoff procedure is a connection between your bladder and abdominal skin, using your appendix, which tells me that you may have had difficulty emptying your bladder in the past. Catheterization and weak pelvic musculature may thus contribute to this finding. You need to see a urogynecologist. ...Read more

Herpes?: It sounds like you're describing a small genital sore or ulcer. It could turn out to be nothing at all, but herpes is a possibility and perhaps the single most likely to be painful in contact with urine. See a doctor ASAP; small lesions like this can heal very rapidly, and if you wait even a day or two, it could be much harder to make a diagnosis. Good luck! ...Read more
